How Enrollment Works

1. Tour the Center. Parents begin by touring, meeting our staff, and discussing our philosophy. These are essential steps in choosing the right care for your child. Book a tour.
2. Join the waitlist. Complete a waitlist card for a 3, 4 or 5-day schedule and pay the $200 waitlist fee. The date on your card is your date on the waitlist. If you enroll, the fee is applied to your registration fee; if you decide not to enroll, it is non-refundable. (If we can’t place your child because no space is available and you need care immediately, we’ll refund it.) You can change your requested start date up to three times.
3. We’ll call you. Our office calls families about 30 days before the anticipated start date. When a space opens we call all families on the waitlist for that month, and the space goes to the parent who comes in first. Please keep your phone number up to date, and feel free to call to check your status.
4. Register. Complete the registration application, choose a start date, and pay the non-refundable registration fee and a two-week deposit to hold your child’s spot. The Center requires a six-month minimum enrollment, and the first month’s tuition is due on the first day of attendance.
